The Great Parkview Bake Off on Book Week!
I want to say a huge thank you for all of your amazing contributions to the Great Parkview Bake Off. Your involvement really showed how strong our community is at Parkview. We loved the creative links to books, ranging from the Gruffalo to George’s Marvellous Medicine.
It was tough to pick winners because every entry was so fantastic. Thanks again for your support and enthusiasm, which made this event such a success.

We have many, very talented members of our school! Please remember to let your child's class teacher know of any special talents your child has. We love to hear all about it and share it with the rest of the school!
Our whole school attendance is currently sitting above national averages but we want to improve on this. Every day, hour and minute in school counts and missing school affects your child's learning and development.
Recent research on people’s diets in the UK shows that 86% of 4-10 year olds and 96% of 11-18 year olds (and adults) are not meeting their fibre recommendations! Fibre is essential for a healthy diet.
Sunday 8th March at the Museum of Making
A great day of connection and information for the whole family!
Thank you to the lovely group of parents who attended our parent forum this morning. We appreciate the time you took out of your day to come and talk to us about making our school even better. Mrs Cunningham and I thought it would be helpful to update all parents about some of the things that were discussed and the action we have taken as a result of this. Please see attachment for more details.
I am pleased to inform you that we are participating in the NSPCC’s Speak out. Stay safe. Programme this term. Speak out. Stay safe is a programme for children aged 5-11 which aims to help children understand abuse in all its forms and to recognise the signs of abuse. Children are taught to speak out if they are worried, either to a safe adult or Childline.
If you would like to know more about the Speak out. Stay safe. programme visit www.nspcc.org.uk/speakout.
